We had a shoot with Adam Kilburn for his senior portrait. He had a plan and we did our best to execute the plan, but at the end of his idea we started to shoot some other portraits and talked about an idea I want to explore after he gets his football gear. This was one of the last portraits we did using a standard old GQ style pose. I like this guy--he seems pretty funny and even after he was proven wrong on something by his mom that he absolutely insisted he was right on, he kept a pretty light attitude(though I believe if he was right he would've gloated and made his mom buy him dinner!) I look forward to making the football photo soon and really think it will become his senior photo--at least if I do my job right that is. I also think I'm going to try to get him to suit up with a tie for a picture--I'll try to convince him it'll be funny! SayerMotter Photograph by Richard Sayer.

Rowan Scout Reinagel (left) is about two and a half. I've been photographing her for three years now. About every 6 months or so we get together and make a new family picture. I got chance to see them this weekend and make a few more up=dates. We've been working on the idea of 'photography through life' and the Reinagel's are certainly our family that we've managed to build this idea around. It will be fun someday to photograph Rowan's senior pictures and maybe someday their weddings(though I'm positive Eric and Aimee are not in any hurry for this!)
