I have to admit that I have spent more time behind the lens of a camera, rather than in front of it. But, yesterday was my day to be photographed and photographed, I was. I am due to have a baby in nine weeks and had asked Richard Sayer to photograph me. My sister, Sarahbeth came along to style my hair and she brought her son, Levi with her. I had also asked Squeeze the Clown (aka Sue Marranconi) to write the word "Imagine" onto my big belly. Anyone who knows me understands my love for all things John Lennon. I first heard the song "Imagine" when I was 14 years-old and John has been with me ever since. Now 21 years later, I am imagining my unborn child. Before, Squeeze the Clown painted on my belly, she offered to paint little Levi's face as well. He decided that he wanted to be a cat and this is how he turned out. Richard had an idea to throw Levi into a picture. Perhaps Levi is imagining his unborn baby cousin. Photo By: Richard Sayer and big belly by Harmony Motter.
